OPI Hello Kitty 50th Collection Nail Lacquer

The manufacturer recommends the following steps for achieving the perfect manicure:

First, prepare the nails by pushing back the cuticles and cleaning the nail plate, removing any hangnails or dead tissue. Cleanse the nails with OPI Expert Touch Nail Wipe saturated with N.A.S. 99 Nail Cleansing Solution to get perfectly prepped nails.

Next, apply a thin coat of Nail Lacquer "Let's Be Friends Forever" to the nails and allow to dry. Apply a second thin coat and let dry.

Then, dip a detail brush in Nail Lacquer "Follow Your Heart" and create a circle in the center of the nail. Create a bow shape on one side of the circle and a slightly smaller bow shape on the opposite side. Add smaller bow details to the center of each. Allow to dry.

Continue using the detail brush and "Follow Your Heart" to create bow shapes, alternating the direction of the bows to fill the remaining space. Allow to dry. Top with a layer of Top Coat.

To avoid bubbles in the manicure, it is crucial to allow each coat to dry before applying the next. If the previous coats are still wet, they will continue to dry under the new coat of polish, resulting in air bubbles getting trapped in between.

For an even application and to prevent streaking, use the Three Stroke Method when applying OPI Nail Polish. Start by taking enough color for your three strokes, but not too much to flood the cuticles. Apply on the center, then the sides.

Excess Nail Lacquer on the skin around the cuticles can be easily removed by dipping a brush or Q-tip into Expert Touch Lacquer Remover and cleaning around the cuticle.

If your nail polish has become thick, you can use Nail Lacquer thinner. However, it is not recommended to use the classic Nail Lacquer formula on OPI Infinite Shine Primer or Gloss, as it may interfere with the gel technology.
